Is it more expensive to hire FSE-developed talent vs limited-experience talent?
No. Our fees are market competitive, however, your ROI on FSE-developed talent is substantially higher due to our value-oriented focus.

What kind of role fulfillment options do you provide?
At this time, we only provide full-time permanent, and full-time contract fulfillment options. FSE does not process payroll or hired talent for client assignments.

Do candidates compensate FSE for technical/professional development services?
Yes, FSE is compensated for specific technical/professional investments it makes in a development stream candidate. However, the development and related compensation are separate and independent from any placement services rendered and fees charged to the employer.

In addition to placement services fees, are there any circumstances under which the employer may be responsible for the candidate’s professional development fees?
An employer would not be responsible for a candidate’s professional development fee under any circumstances. The only exception to this rule is if the employer has a separate service level agreement that explicitly includes the technical and specialized development of sourced candidates.

Does FSE-developed talent have any prior professional experience, What is the minimum academic qualification the FSE talent has?
In most cases, FSE-developed talent does have prior professional experience in the same or similar industry. We then develop their ability to a point where they are comparable to an incumbent with one or more years of relevant experience.
