No. Candidates, whether entry-level or experienced, do not compensate us for recruitment or placement services.

At this time, we only provide full-time permanent, and full-time contract fulfillment options.

Do candidates compensate you for professional development?

Yes, the development stream candidates compensate FSE for the investment we make in them. However, this compensation is separate and independent from any placement services rendered and fees charged to the employer.

Are there any circumstances under which the employer may be responsible for the candidate’s professional development fees?

An employer would not be responsible for a candidate’s professional development fee under any circumstances. The only exception to this rule is if the employer explicitly mandates the development of a candidate who did not choose the professional development stream at his/her own discretion.

Does FSE-developed talent have any prior professional experience?

In most cases, FSE-developed talent does have prior professional experience in the same or similar industry. We then develop their ability to a point where they are comparable to an incumbent with one or more years of relevant experience.
