Testimonials
Brent Channell CFA Managing Director Spartan Fund Management
Talent experienced in the technical aspects of capital markets
FSE has provided our organization with talent that has been very well equipped. I have been particularly impressed by FSE’s identification of investable talent that can be developed, making them a right fit for our organization.

FSE's unwavering support helped me re-build my confidence and acquire crucial skills that I lacked
As a graduate, I was actively seeking more meaningful opportunities over several months with little hope; and the lack of results really impacted my self-esteem. I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with FSE. In just a few weeks, I started in a new and much more challenging role as a hedge fund accountant. I have since moved to a more front end role on the buy-side.

Working with FSE gave me a first-hand experience of technicalities but also helped me think clearly about what I wanted to do in life.
After I graduated, I applied to many positions in the financial market but I was ineffective. I got in touch with FSE and they helped me grow professionally. They are very skilled and know a great deal about capital markets, up to date and well integrated in the industry.

FSE invested in me. I'm very lucky to have been part of an organization and process that puts people before profits
FSE delivers in ways which benefit you perpetually. Their depth and accuracy in my transition to a desired position was flawless. Without the technical and soft skills I acquired, I don’t think I could be as successful as I have been.
Krystal Zhao CPA Sr. Fund Accountant CIBC Mellon
In just 4 weeks with FSE, I secured an institutional asset accounting position
After my graduation, I got only a few interview calls and none of them had a continuing story. FSE delivered on fixing both my technical deficiency and my ability to interview effectively to make myself stand out. FSE made sure they would be able to see me succeed prior to deciding to work with me.
Yutong Li MBA Sr. FX Analyst CIBC
FSE were fully committed to my success and delivered at every stage of the process.
I had a great experience working with FSE. They have an excellent reputation and strong relationships which definitely provides a lot of credibility to their candidates.

Penny He CFA Manager Hedge Funds Citco
I was able to acquire a position as an associate in a private equity team immediately
I am a CFA charter holder and having worked in the asset administration industry for over a decade. I was looking for a different direction from hedge funds. FSE equipped me with what I was missing. Without their support and specialized skill set, I don’t believe I would be able to secure a position on the private equity side as fast as I did.

The opportunity FSE provided me was invaluable and one of the best decisions I have made
I was looking for CFA designation qualifying experience roles for more than 3 months. Through FSE, I was able to secure the same role in a few weeks. I currently work as a team lead for an asset administration firm. FSE produced great results for me.
Usama Bhatti Project Manager Change Management Munich Re
With FSE's committed support and assistance, I was able to start my career in Capital Markets with one of the Big Five banks
I found FSE's technical process to be incredibly helpful and result oriented. As a shy individual I used to get nervous during my interviews. However, working with FSE massively improved my weakness in this area too. They really do go above and beyond.
Kiki Chen FRM Sr. Hedge Fund Accountant Fund Valuations SGGG FSI.
I can't emphasize enough the level of significance FSE played in my career path
After graduating I spent roughly two months looking for roles that would give me FRM experience. Working with FSE was the best decision I could have made. I currently work as a senior accountant with an international firm.

I highly recommend FSE if you find yourself struggling to find work. They help with not just technician skills and interviews but also do an amazing job in improving your soft skills.
