What does the experiential development process entail?

By the end of the process, you will have several hundred hours of industry-relevant exposure, technical training, and hands-on experience. We offer a diverse learning environment by blending interactive lectures and computer-based simulations, as well as individual and group engagement.

Is there any upfront fee associated if I acquire professional and technical development with FSE to enhance my skill set?

No, there is no upfront fee should the candidate acquire specialized technical and professional development with FSE. Compensation for the technical and professional development investment we make in you is fully deferred until after you have successfully secured a position.

Will I be paid during my training?

Our training is an investment in suitable candidates interested in specialized technical and professional development. Though we don’t offer financial compensation, the skills and experience our candidates receive have historically led to better-suited opportunities, job prospects, and higher compensation.

Can anyone with an undergraduate degree or higher academic credential join the professional development process?

Unfortunately not, the developed candidate stream is not open to every interested candidate. Our development stream is designed to work with only a select number of candidates after iterative assessments prior to being invited into the process. If you have expressed interest and we determine that you are a good fit we will extend you an offer to join.

If I don’t pass the interview and assessments, can I pay to join?

No. FSE is never pay-to-play. We stand by our mission to develop top-tier talent, which means we only invite interested candidates who meet or exceed our expectations in areas including technical agility, emotional intelligence, and commitment to benefit from the specialized development we offer. If you are still interested in pursuing professional development with us, you are encouraged to upgrade your skillset through alternative resources prior to applying for reconsideration.

What if I do not want to continue the training after joining?

A candidate may terminate their development training at any time and without any financial obligation to FSE subject to certain conditions.

How long is the technical/professional development process?

Depending on your prior experience, needs, and role complexity, expect to dedicate at least a month of your time. In most cases, we will continue to invest in your development for several quarters even after you have successfully launched your career.
